  1. Interesting that they have these. And with augmented reality, I think that the tools will just become more interesting.

  2. I think this is a great list, but a big area that contractors need help in is managing a construction loan. Whether communicating with a bank, inspector or the borrower it is tough to manage all of the communication that comes along with the construction loan process. It’s great if there isn’t a loan involved, but let’s face it – that’s usually not the case. I prefer to use Contract Simply (contractsimply.com). Definitely worth checking out if you are in the home improvement space.
