  1. It’s nice to know that Wix is integrated with Etsy. It makes it easier to create a website without worrying so much about coding.

    • Aira,

Totally agree with you about ease – the more integrations a website hosting service provides, the more I like, and recommend, them! 🙂

      -Matt

  2. “BETSI … is the go-to app for a large number of Etsyans”.

Out of all the inventory management apps listed above, BETSI was the only app voted by sellers as a top 5 finalist in the Listing Management Tools for eCommerce platforms – 2013 Seller Choice Awards – http://www.ecommercebytes.com/cab/abu/y213/m11/abu0346/s02

    • Graeme – yep, I was pretty impressed with BETSI as a listing management and bulk change tool however I found the other inventory management systems to be loaded with useful features that went beyond listing management.

In the end, it all comes down to what suits the needs of an individual business best.

  15. Publicadesk.com is a new web service to promote Etsy shops with catalogs, lookbooks and social media visuals.

  16. I’d like to recommend MagetSync to the list – https://magetsync.merchant-e.net/ – if you own a Magento website your catalog can be ‘in sync’ with your Etsy store and vice versa. I actually started selling on Etsy because of it, as I was finding it hard to find manage my own store and spending time creating individual listings was not an option. it’s a life saver!

  17. Backtsy (www.backtsy.com) is a service that will automatically backup your shop and allow you to restore your data if needed.
We developed it based on Etsy Sellers requests.
If you are not sure why you need to back up your shop:
    1. Etsy recommends that you backup your shop

  20. Natwar (Around.io)

Just FYI: IFTTT is stopping support for Etsy from March 23rd, 2016..

  21. I’ve been getting more and more into automation services for my Etsy shop. Any kind of tech that helps things run smoother and more efficiently is awesome. Especially for sellers who have families or are looking for a better work/life balance. I recently started using Best Auto Renew (listed in your awesome roundup) and I’m finding it’s saving me a ton of time. It’s got some really awesome features to help promotions and sales run more smoothly too! Looking forward to researching further into some of your other suggestions, bookmarking for later. Thanks for the tips!

  22. Hey Matt, you need to check out SynCommerce (https://syncommerceapp.com/) and add it to this list, a very useful tool for merchants who need to manage their Etsy store in addition to other platforms they sell on.

  23. You should include one more app: http://www.ETSdiscount.com. Supperb tool to distribute coupon codes. I tried and it worked for me well. Of course coupon codes will not make you sell more if you are selling things that nobody need, but if your shop is cool, well prepared and designed, then discount diggers will come and buy a lot from you. This will ad an extra traffic for bargain hunters.

  24. Wow, what a post! This has so much information and was originally posted a few years back. It’s safe to say that this information still rings true as we head into 2019. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and information for Etsy owners!
